Cooperation between the customer (buyer) of the proposed corporate standards and the supplier (seller) of corporate standards is carried out on the following terms:

1. The Seller has exclusive intellectual rights to the proposed corporate standards. The seller of corporate standards transfers to the buyer only the right of individual use of these standards. The information contained in the acquired corporate standards constitutes a trade secret of the seller and the buyer.
2. The seller cannot transfer any information about the buyer to third parties, neither free of charge, nor for any payment.
3. The buyer may not transfer to third parties the information contained in the acquired corporate standards, either free of charge or for any payment.
